A bartender acquaintance of mine recently tried this at his establishment, which is known in town for its creative infusions. Everyone thought the bacon infusion would be gross, and thought he was strange for trying to do it. But I guess it turned out really well! He only made a small taster batch, so no one but the employees got to try it. I'm not sure I could or would, as I don't drink much hard liquor, but if he could mix up something tasty for me to try it in, I probably would.
