Mother-in-law wouldn't be incest I guess, but if your wife found out, your wife might dislike both you AND her mother. I wouldn't go there personally, and who am i to hurt their relationship?

oh yeah and as for nurse, she might lose her job. but when i've been in hospital and felt the urge (so to speak) i've often wondered if nurses would ever do that to their patients, medical ethics aside. I've never asked though, Im not that low.
