I found one... you can get them on eBay (apparently). The one I had was a red vinyl, and i was so skinny back then that I could slip my arms through the handles and wear in on my bike back pack style. There was a zippered compartment at the bottom that you could slide a pair of shoes into, that was separate from the rest of the bag, and while working at McD's (Barrie 1974- ish) i managed to destroy mine with the greasy wallaby shoes that I had to wear.
So it was somewhat practical...
