Uh, I'm not a guy... but if I were one, I would say that there is a BIG difference between a nurse/friend/gf giving you a hand job, and a cousin/sister-in-law/MOTHER-IN-LAW giving you one... seriously. That's just a bit over the line, at least in my home culture(s).
