Windows NT installs like other versions of Windows a large number of graphical and audio files that most people never use. You can search for .bmp and .wav files and delete those that you don't have need for.
Also look into if there are extra copies of user profiles on that drive.
NT has a diskmanager (very similar to XP's disk management) that should show you how big NT thinks your HD is.
