This is the third or fourth time I've seen this in the thread. I'm surprised that it's such a commonly held belief. I understand wanting to believe that races or subspecies do not exist, but they absolutely do, both as a biological and sociological concept (commonly 'ethnicity', in sociological circles). I get the feeling far too many of you have been told by instructors or peers that the world is color blind or that races do not exist, but they absolutely do. I've posted enough citations for this thread, but if you're interested in rectifying your beliefs I can provide additional ones via PM.
