ktspktsp would know what im talking about - my fav is a lebanese dish called "macaroona blaban". literally translated pasta in yogurt. i know it may not sound like anything but id give up a huge buffet for just one bowl of it

I eat cold pasta in either
macaroni salad or my own Awesome Pasta Salad. In fact, dlish, there's a line of boxed pasta salad mixes here in the States called Suddenly Salad that are meant to be served cold:
