The Bill of Rights spells out what you
can, or have the right, to do. Not what you cannot do.
When a law is enacted, it cannot impede upon rights guaranteed to you by the Bill of Rights. And nowhere in the Bill of Rights is an amendment stating that Congress shall pass no laws restricting the fair and free trade of child pornography. And since you do not
have the right to child pornography, Congress can pass as many laws as they feel is necessary to restrict it.
