UKking: I don't see how a correlation would exist except by chance, certainly not a strong one. Queefing is the result of air trapped in the vagina, whereas female ejaculation is typically thought to originate from the paraurethral glands. Separate processes and causes.
On topic, since the air in a vagina is not comprised of odorous gases produced within the intestines, I'm not troubled by them.
