First off. Slow down! Why are you eating so fast? Second (and man I am starting to sound like a broken record) if you are serious then go talk to a nutrionist. Get their help in making up a diet. I would defintly concur that splitting up your meals will help. 6 seems excessive but 5 would work. Make lunch your biggest meal. But still don't go for the "full" feeling. Make dinner your lightest meal. Do not snack between meals. And keep running. I bet your losing more weight then you think. Don't weigh yourself every day. Don't expect to lose weight every day or even every week. Don't weigh yourself more then once a month. Above all decide on why you want to lose weight and use that for your insperation. No one else can do this for you.
