Shesus and I spent a year in exile in Phoenix. While desert life wasn't for us, I did learn that Northern Arizona is one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen in my life.
During our year there, we did manage to get out and see a lot. I realized that my participation in this corner of TFP has been very lax.
Here are some photos of our travels in Arizona
--------------------------------------------
First up is the Vermillion Cliffs at sunrise.
Next is from Monument Valley which is technically in Utah.
Now we have the Grand Canyon. It was a gorgeous day during this visit. There was a controlled burn at the North Rim.
Finally, we have AZ Hwy 163 on the way to Monument Valley. This is called El Capitan but is more commonly referred to as Aglatha Peak.
