gg,
I love a nice fresh OJ, too...this morning I even gulped the last 10oz or so I had in a jug.
But I just got back from lunch where fermented brews were the "rigeuer de jour" ...I made those words up, sounds French doesn't it?...though I unconsciously intended it to sound Flemish since the brew I had with my Italian veal, melted provolone, roast peppers and spinach sandwich (see evidence below) was a Belgian beer called Corsendonk - Abbey Brown Ale...slightly roasted very subtle hop flavor, maybe even an essence of citrus on the hop finish, with a very slight smooth background sweetness that actually disappears after the first one and then it just tastes smooth and mellow. I'm sure you're sort of like that, too.
edit: oh yeah, home made paper-thin cut Yukon Gold potato chips! Tony's Pub FTW!!!
