Yes, I've performed oral sex on a guy while he was wearing a condom--'cause it was flavored and we wanted to try it. No, it didn't really taste like banana, so we didn't try it again. We were both virgins when we started seeing one another, so worrying about disease wasn't really a factor.
But if a person has any question or doubt at all about their partner's sexual history, they should use a condom or dental dam when engaging in oral sex (saran wrap also works, if you don't have a dental dam handy).
