Nice place, girldetective. I'd love to live near the river like that. There really aren't many places here that have good river views without the risk of flooding. Strange to think that the river that flows through my town flows right past your window--I'm sending a hello downstream to you.
And yes, I'll be living in my new abode sans parental units. We get to live there and work on it for them until they retire, which will be in a year or two or three.
