No real aim here, just thought it might spark some discussion.

1. During sex with my SO, among the most effective fantasy I've experienced is being the "other guy." That is, she's cheating on me, with me. Works well.

2. This one's a little out there, but bare with me. Regarding penis size ... I'm actually doing fine, we'll leave it at that, but one fantasy I've found that has considerable effect in this area is that I'm a girl and my dick is my clit. Seriously, wow. If you can (mentally, conceptually) pull it off, it's pure magic. Go from "normal" to "freak" in 2.4 seconds. Not to mention the girl-on-girl aspect has its own psychological/sexual benefits; gender-reversal, same thing.
