There's a cart place like that in Phoenix but if you want a real thrill you get a shifter cart and take it to a race track. My ex always wanted to get one to drive around town and I of course always said "NO". They're fun little things though, I take a group of noobs to the go cart track in Phoenix every so often just for amusement.
