To be helpful, I've heard from someone who shoots porn stills and movies that once you cross that line, you're cutting your client base to about a quarter of what it was. You'll never do weddings, portraits, kids, anything family-oriented, and a lot of publications will refuse to hire you because a big chunk of their subscribers don't want anything to do with anyone associated with porn.
