I first met her when we were both in elementary school, since our parents were acquaintences/friends. We first had sex at least 10-12 years later (we aren't sure exactly at what point we met, lol), but obviously we weren't intending to have sex that entire period of time.

I'm guessing my experience was a bit unique though.
