Anyways, a couple years ago now I had a wonderful opportunity to go to Rochester for a meetup there, and even though I had never met anyone there in person before, I had a fabulous time. Since then, I've attended three meetups in the Seattle area, and enjoyed all of them (this is before you moved there, Shauk). Generally, TFPers are nice people. I have social anxiety problems, and going to these things has been hard for me, but they've always been worth biting the bullet and doing it.
