there are products out there which have these combined designed specifically for libido and increased load size. there are many supplement stores such as vitamin house or online shops like bodybuilding.com that sell these.
finding these products on their own and taking as suggested on the bottle has done the trick for me and a lot cheaper than the pre-made products. You'll also get much harder erections which will also be improved by practicising a basic excercise called kegels where you squeeze your muscles down below like you're stopping the flow of urine over and over again throughout the day whenever there's a chance to do it. Women do it and it works for men as well.

And along with increasing water intake I'd avoid alcohol esp. during or prior to sex. A drink or two is fine. Slamming them back for hours at the bar then going home and thinking you're going to be slamming her for hours may not work as well as you think. This is esp. true for those over, say, 35yrs. Though I've known guys who've talked about getting "whiskey dick" at a much younger age.
