Tiny apartment kitchens are not so fun - I'm looking forward to enjoying a larger kitchen one day. I've been spoiled with industrial kitchens the past two years, until this past December, when I moved on to this tiny apartment and micro-sized kitchen. I keep telling myself, it's better than a hotplate!

And strange though it maybe, when I'm all stressed out about homework and exams, I find that the rhythm of chopping carrots, creaming butter for cookies or cakes, washing dishes, etc, really calms me down.
