As long as you have access to the original multi-track recordings you can pretty much do anything you want with a song.
Adjust the pitch and time (phrasing) of the vocal to match the music (or the other way around) and there you go.
As for the rap part of Rapture ... that was the whole point of the title of the song: RAP-ture. Be pure!
