I too have this problem with one recurrent tear in the 6 o'clock position. I have tried everything- stopped the pill, lots of lube , treated for yeast and bacterial infection. Now surgery is being mentioned. Has anyone else done this or been recommended this? The problem has been going on for more than 1 1/2 yrs so i'm willing to try as I no longer believe it will be cured any other way.
