yeah forms are important for advancing. I never liked them though, in tournaments i only took trophies in sparing, i dont have the grace or form to make them look good.
i remeber trying to do taegu 8 (sp?) corio, and dodiong echong (sp? for all of those!) in tournaments, never did well, no siree.
