I pretty much decided to take this tact.
Though the bribery idea has crossed my mind. A little propina goes along way down here.
In my previous profession I ran into a lot of assholes, this guy ranks right up with the best (worst?) of them.
He hired some guys to plant grass in his yard. He then proceeded to water the shit out of it twice a day. If it rained all night? So what, water it some more. Shockingly it all died. Couple days later he's standing in his back yard yelling at the guys who planted it, insisting they replant it for free. They did, he began watering again, it died again. Last I heard the grass guys refused to return.
So basically he's not only an asshole, he's a stupid asshole.
