- I've only had one run-in with the Mexican legal system, but I've found that bribery is a fantastic way to get things done down there. I'm sure you know more about this than I do, but it's a thought. In the US, one wouldn't even think of it, but you're not in the US or Canada.
- Another idea would be to wait until he's not home and then bury some cocaine on his property, phone the police and say you saw two guys yelling and burying something a few nights back, and enjoy your neighborhood again.
