Personally, aside for the lovely use of assonance, I think that one really crosses the line.
There's also a deadly insult in Spanish that translates to: I shit on the bad milk of your whore mother who spat you from her twat.
And an insult in Russian that translates to: You'll live, but you won't feel much like fucking. Mostly insulting because it's cast in the familiar mood.
