Looking into it for someone, it seems the DVD version I got from Amazon is no longer available.
I'd say either get it for 20 bucks off steam, or you can get the basic game for 10 still on amazon (just not with the expansion on DVD like I did, make sure you get the 2006 re-release as they shouldn't have the crappy copy protection).
The more I think about it, the more I'd just get it off steam as you know you are getting the most current version.

I didn't get to play much last night but I decided to spend 3 million outfitting my new heavy fighter. Four mass drivers and 4 beta plasma throwers, things melt nicely.
