You're seriously going to compare the rear to an Impala??
You know that Skylines have been doing the 'four round tail lights' thing for generations, and the Impala has only been doing it for half a body style (the tail lights you're thinking of started in 2003, btw)? Every time I catch a glimpse of an Impala with 'skyline' tails, (espcially silver ones for some reason) I do a double take.
I'm not saying you have to love the aesthetic, but at least don't bash the tail lights...they're the only part of the look that actually says 'Skyline.'
