It wasn't that good of an episode, even by Voyager standards. Paris has to get off "ancient" (modern) Earth and back to the Delta Quadrant by mucking about with a time machine held by a corporation. The only worse episode I can think of is the ep where Tom Paris breaks the warp 10 barrier, turns into an amphibian for absolutely no reason whatsoever, and fucks Captian Janeway whom also an amphibian. Ugh. So much potential....ruined.
