How is it possible that so many Americans don't know what this is??
I'll dig it out tonight for dessert, spread on some basic bread rolls... hell, it's good with ANYTHING, really, and lasts forever in the jar.
And what a great idea, with Hawaiian sweet bread... oh god, sometimes I really miss the variety of foods available in America. Then again, Iceland nearly makes up for all that it lacks, with the dizzying array of dairy products on offer.
