Having recently spent more than three days of non-stop shopping to try and find a "semi-formal" dress to be worn in January (NOTHING has sleeves), I can heartily agree that the first statement is true.
And yes, Shesus has great legs.
As for the second, here's what I bought at Dillards for $170 even though I'm still looking because I'm going to freeze... and the bow goes in the BACK, tied small with long tails.
