I know what you mean. I only recently got back on track myself. I've noticed a bit more belly fat on me than usual, so I figured I wasn't looking after myself. (And I wasn't.) But we all know that motivation is the most difficult thing to manage, and that's what TFP is good for!
We're all built differently, but we are all subject to the underlying principles of nutrition, exercise, and general health. This is where we can all help one another.
