Until they develop mind-reading devices, you can think about sodomizing rabbits and dangling people by their testicles with barbed wire all you want.
It is ONLY by our actions, appearance, and speech that people can form an opinion of us. If you don't act, appear, or speak crazily, no one will be the wiser.
It is when the voices become intolerable to YOU that YOU can decide to seek professional help. If you're okay with them and you don't manifest them to others, they're just an added bonus.
