So, rather than the bottom line, Walmart should consider adolescent girls' bottoms?
To get serious, just for a moment, where does one draw the line? Jeans that prominantly display "whale tail"? Jogging pants with "Juicy" printed on the butt? Tank tops with any of a number of suggestive, if not downright lewd, sayings and illustrations on them?
Why just target panties?
