Bingo. It's obviously not meant to be CGI in the place of real sets. It is <I>supposed</I> to have a cartoonish style to it, unlike the Matrix movies or V for Vendetta. Now if this movie had this type of CG and it was meant to be in the place of live-action then I would be puking. But to me, the trailer screams Sin City...it knows it's pure CG, and the CG is adding an animated style, not covering up what they can't do IRL.
