i did reset the modem, and i did disable and enable the nic already. it is just not getting me a freakin ip address.. damn i am such a newb when it comes to this stuff. haha.
I will call them tonight if i have time to get to my sisters..
i figured i wont rush it since i can give time for the techies here on TFP to assist me.
