I dunno take the corollary. Has every guy paid cash money for sex? I sure as hell haven't. But have I give things that were valuable to people with whom I have had sex? Absolutely. Just not, ya know, up front. That ain't classy.
I would balk at any outright trade of goods / favors for sex. Not least because I shouldn't get anything out of sex the other person isn't also.
