NewEgg is the best parts store in the US but they don't actually assemble the PC for you. They do sell barebones systems with CPU/mobo/case put together every now and then but you gotta settle for what they have instead of ordering it based on what you want.

Also I have to recommend you downgrade the videocard and power supply. A $150 power supply with do fine and the new 8800 GT videocard is $250-$300 USD and is around 5% less powerful than the videocard you listed. Also, that RAM is massive overkill also...you can get 2x1 GB ram sticks for $50 now!! For both of them!
