Pulling your pud six times weekly does not seem excessive, unless you rub it raw. I do not think that A) you will run out of testosterone, or B) have slower gains at the gym because of it. You likely have difficulty building mass because your are relatively young and your metabolism is insane, chewing through what you eat before it can be converted to body mass. I would eat more healthy food as one poster said, and beat your meat like it owes you money.
