Oh, come on. It can't be nearly as bad as letting Hayden Christensen play Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader. And I would agree with you if you said that no man alive could play Kirk or Spock in that pulp science-fiction '60s television way. If I wanted that, I would simply watch re-runs. This is a re-imagining, isn't it? You've got to let go, man. Do you want more Star Trek or not?
