tasty ass tofu
i love the tofu, plain and play-dough-y, but to jazz it up....
drain and dry tofu.
slice the tofu into 1/2 inch rectangles. shingles. steaks. slabs. whatever you call them.
brush on mustard.
coat them with shake n bake extra crispy for pork chops stuff...
bake in the oven at 350 until they are cripsy...
