Immediately, NO. If you run into each other down the road, AFTER losing contact and moving on, its possible.....but theres still a chance it may never happen.

Immediately, the *feelings* are still there, and they aren't just going to go away because you "agreed" to this, and if they are immediately gone, then there were never really any feelings anyway IMHO. You must first move on before you can succesfully back up...
