[threadjack]Weighted sit-ups and/or crunches are better. There is a misconception that you should train your abdominals differently than any other muscle. If you are training biceps, would you do 150 reps with a 5lb dumbbell or 10 reps with a 30lb dumbbell?[/threadjack]
30 weighted (45lb dumbbell) crunches + 12585 = 12615
