Bill, or BOR as he is usually called has a deep seeded obsession with Alyson Hannigan. It's borderline creepy at times, but we love him reguardless. He is like that cool teacher in highschool, who you suspect is just teaching to hide out from the FBI, or that awesome guy that yells vulgarities at people on the corner of any major city.
