In a word - yes. England have not played that will without Wilkinson, who seems to have been injured a lot in the last 4 years...
You guys can stop worrying - one of us southern hemisphere teams will win this tournament, though I have to admit Oz will have to lift a hell of a lot to beat the All Blacks.
