I would of course sign him to a 2 year deal worth a good chunk of change only if players such as Brand and Oneal were not available. Malone still is putting up solid numbers, but he has favored the mid range jumper a lot more lately in his career. Dallas has enough shooters, but I suppose having Malone spot up while Nash runs the base line frantically could be prodcutive.
Personally I would go after Oneal. Even though Brand blocks shots and rebounds like a big man, I think the Mavs could use the more dominanting presence of Oneal.
