LS - absolutely correct. think of them as prescription medication that doesn't have the interaction warning labels on them, and that you need to read med school books or ask a pharmacist about.
certain crystals and minerals are for certain things, and like vitamins, an overabundance will do more harm than good, and like prescriptions - regardless of the problem - some aren't meant to be mixed - they will best case (and still defeating the purpose) cancel each other out, midline work with each other to create an unexpected or perhaps unwanted affect, and worst case - have a negative affect.
much reading must be done, and speaking to someone with a very detailed knowledge of such things is very important before "mixing it up", so to speak.
