Of course not.
The non-scalp hair comes with puberty, and you can leave it or remove it as you please, whether it's on your face, armpits, chest or crotch. I like to be bare under my arms and down there. I don't think having hair there or not makes me any less of a woman.

of course you're not alone. I said nearly the same thing earlier, although you may have said it better. It is a good point that being an adult does not mean having hair, it means having the choice to do as you wish with it.
