So what are you saying? Miami Beach isn't part of the States?...lol. Sorry, had to say it.
Personally I think a person should be able to wear whatever they want to the beach. You can STILL wear thongs at most beaches in Florida. Only a few places actually outlaw thongs.(Daytona Beach being one of them) I see them all the time down here in Florida. (yes, we ARE actually a state, not a vacation country....lol)
